What You Will Do:
Analyze business systems, user needs, and operational processes to develop clear requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and supporting documentation.
Support all aspects of project coordination, including planning, organizing, scheduling, tracking, and reporting activities.
Provide support for program management activities, including status reporting, risk tracking, meeting coordination, action item management, and performance monitoring.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify scope, confirm priorities, and translate requirements into actionable work for development teams.
Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, data flows, test scenarios, requirements traceability, wireframes, mockups, and status materials.
Present requirements, product features, metrics, and project updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
Prepare project documentation, presentations, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and executive-level communications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
Analyze program data and provide recommendations to support decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Maintain project artifacts within enterprise collaboration platforms and support compliance with organizational standards.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree . A Master's degree in an appropriate discipline will be considered equivalent to three (3) years of relevant experience.
Five (5) years of experience .
Strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing strategic objectives with detailed requirements.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or a comparable diagramming tool.
Candidates must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be eligible for consideration.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Candidate must be able to travel to the client office in Washington. DC as needed and the Guidehouse office in Arlington, VA.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting federal project.
Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
FAA experience is desired
Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
