What You Will Do

  • Lead organizational change management and governance activities supporting a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

  • Develop and execute change management strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications campaigns, and workforce readiness initiatives.

  • Establish governance structures, decision-making processes, and executive reporting frameworks.

  • Conduct stakeholder analyses, organizational impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.

  • Facilitate executive workshops, governance boards, working groups, and leadership meetings.

  • Partner with business, technology, data, and program teams to align transformation activities across multiple stakeholder groups.

  • Develop executive briefings, communications materials, engagement plans, and adoption metrics.

  • Identify organizational risks and resistance points, and develop mitigation strategies to support successful adoption.

  • Monitor program readiness and adoption through reporting, dashboards, surveys, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership regarding change impacts, risks, and opportunities.

What You Will Need

  • Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements.

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST".

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.

  • Seven(7) to Ten(10) years of experience leading organizational change management, transformation, governance, or business modernization initiatives.

  • Experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders and business units.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop communications strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness assessments.

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.

  • Experience managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Must be able to go to travel to client site when needed.

  • Will work from the Guidehouse office in Arlington, VA.

What Would Be Nice to Have

  • Prosci Change Management Certification.

  • PMP certification.

  • Experience supporting cloud, ERP, HR, workforce, or digital modernization programs.

  • Experience working in highly regulated or complex organizational environments.

  • Master's degree in a related discipline.

  • Experience developing adoption metrics, executive dashboards, and governance frameworks.
