What You Will Do:

Member of the Guidehouse US Government Contracts team responsible for critical contract formation and contract administration responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Guidehouse US Government Contracts and the public sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP).  
  • Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
  • Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts.
  • Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges.
  • Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance.
  • Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts with external and internal customers.
  • Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines.
  • Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases


What You Will Need:

  • 0-2 years of work experience including internships
  • Minimum Degree Status: Bachelor's degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2025 and graduate by Summer 2026) 
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the country
  • No sponsorship is available for this position

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience in contract administration;
  • Experience working with Federal Government contracts;
  • Great organization and writing skills; and
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
