What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is currently seeking a qualified OneStream Junior Developer to support Guidehouse's Defense & Security Segment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop OneStream applications that focus on financial close, financial reconciliation, and payroll management.
Configure OneStream cubes, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and forms.
Support migration activities related to legacy tool retirement, including data loads, data validation, reconciliation, and parallel comparisons between legacy systems and OneStream.
Support the development, testing, and documentation of OneStream business rules and system enhancements.
Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to implement business and technical requirements for OneStream applications that are in alignment with audit readiness and financial management compliance standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, coordinate personal product backlog with senior developers, and actively participate in iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
ONE (1) years of relevant OneStream development experience including configuring and supporting OneStream workflows, Cube Views, Business Rules, data integration, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
OneStream certification (any level).
Completion of OneStream training programs and demonstrated hands-on experience supporting OneStream applications.
Knowledge of federal financial management processes, audit readiness requirements, and compliance standards.
Experience with SQL Server.
Exposure to API integrations and automation solutions and basic knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Exposure to or general understanding of Agile project delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including client-facing and technical writing.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines with minimal supervision.
Experience supporting parallel testing, UAT, and legacy financial data migration efforts.
Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation processes, and general knowledge of GL structures and financial data relationships.
