What You Will Do:
Primary activities include:
- Directly supporting key federal client in the tracking and management of all development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) funds, and developing financial reports across program level and executive leadership.
- Proposes budget plans across formulation and execution activities.
- Manage all financial transactions across multiple Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems, Delphi, REGIS, and PRISM.
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must have FIFTEEN (15+) years of proven experience with federal financial management systems.
- Understanding of Budget execution & formulation (appropriations, apportionments, allotments).
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) systems, Delphi, REGIS, and PRISM.
- Must be able to work in Oracle systems for financial management activities, including spend plans that fall under the Office of Management and Budget Regulations.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Master's or MBA degree.
- Technical experience across agency financial systems.
- Ability to train teammates on key client financial systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
