What You Will Do:
TheSeniorStaffII Fraud Analytics and Knowledge Transfer Lead will support fraud analytics operations, technical documentation, requirements development, knowledge transfer, and continuityplanningactivities across complexoperational environments. This position will write and review technical documents, solve diverse problems using established professional practices, support development of requirements and mission needs, and helpmaintainoperational continuity during ramp-up, transition, and ongoing delivery activities.
Support fraud analytics operations, knowledge transfer, transition planning, technical documentation, requirements development, and continuity activities across multidisciplinary workstreams.
Write and review technical documents, internal work products, operational procedures,requirementsartifacts, analytical summaries, and recurring deliverables.
Solve diverse problems by applying established professional concepts, methodologies, and practices with minimal instruction on routine work.
Assistin developing requirements,identifyingorganizational goals, documenting mission needs, and capturing technical or operational documentation gaps.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to document processes, lessons learned, operational procedures, data flows, application settings, configurable data, and work products.
Support knowledge transfer and operational continuity by developing documentation,maintainingrepositories, capturing decisions, and preparing materials for incoming or outgoing team members.
Support analysis of fraud-related data, operational information, and project inputs toidentifytrends, risks, issues, and follow-up needs.
Coordinate status inputs, action items, requirements, documentation reviews, and deliverable updates across technical teams and stakeholders.
Prepare briefings, reports, documentation, trackers, and knowledge transfer materials that support operational decision-making and continuity.
What You Will Need:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Information Science, Business, or a related field.
Six (6) or more years of professional experience supporting fraud analytics programs, data analysis, technical documentation, requirements development, knowledge transfer, transition support, or related consulting engagements.
Experience writing and reviewing technical documents, operational procedures, requirements artifacts, knowledge transfer materials, reports, briefings, or recurring deliverables.
Experience supporting requirements development, documentation of organizational goals, mission needs, process flows, operations and maintenance processes, or continuity procedures.
Experience applying established professional practices to solve diverse problems and support continuity across project or contract phases.
Experience applying established professional practices to solve diverse problems and support continuity across project or contract phases.
Experience coordinating with subject matter experts, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather information, document processes, and support deliverable development.
Experience using tools and technologies such as Python, R, Java, Linux shell scripting, SQL/no-SQL databases, Spark, Elasticsearch, Parquet, SIEM platforms including Splunk, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Ability and willingness to work onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland five (5) days per week.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting fraud analytics programs, knowledge transfer initiatives, operational documentation, requirements development, continuity planning, or federal consulting environments.
Experience supporting transition-in, transition-out, ramp-up, knowledge transfer planning, continuity documentation, or operational handoff activities.
Experience developing standard operating procedures, process documentation, training materials, operational playbooks, knowledge repositories, or continuity planning artifacts.
Experience supporting operational documentation, reporting, dashboarding, project tracking, knowledge repositories, training materials, or transition activities.
Experience developing dashboards, trackers, or visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, collaborative development environments, and federal consulting environments.
Candidate currently possesses an active Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Moderate Background Investigation clearance or has held one within the last six (6) months.
