What You Will Do:

OPNAV N2N6IX Future Capabilities Analysis. — The candidate shall support N2N6IX by providing analytical expertise in support to government personnel in evaluating and integrating capabilities, programs and technologies for Navy Information Warfare. This support includes the following: analytic tool development, brief production, analysis integration support, study execution management, and general N2N6 capability and programmatic assessment process development.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance

  • THREE (3) years or more years of experience in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and/or unmanned systems.

  • Knowledge of Capital Planning and Investment Control; development of Enterprise Architectures, Standards, Governance, Policy; Information Assurance/Security; the Department of Defense

  • Knowledge of Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) Process; and Naval concepts.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree

  • TEN (10) years of experience (at least five years of which were in a managerial capacity) in capability definition and operation of IT, space systems, Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems and/or unmanned systems.

  • Experience planning, organizing, executing, and controlling performance of technical, business and financial services projects, ensuring that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Provides primary interface with client management personnel regarding strategic issues.

  • Experience coordinating all parties to tasks, performing quality assurance reviews of project deliverables and activities for completeness, quality, and adherence to customer requirements.

  • Experience with Naval Research Program (NRP) studies conducted through the Navy Post Graduate School and/or the Navy Annual Studies Process (NASP) studies conducted by FFRDCs (Federally Funded Research and Development Centers) (i.e. CNA, Mitre) or an educational institution (i.e. Johns Hopkins, Penn State).
