What You Will Do:


The Strategy Project Manager will lead a team to develop and execute strategy for a government client. Must have experience with Federal strategy development, creating strategic implementation plans, establishing measures to track performance and tracking and monitoring strategy execution. Must have experience leading teams, providing coaching and feedback to team members.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • FIVE (5) years of experience in project management or related skills


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Program Management Professional or similar certification

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with leading teams and managing project budgets

  • Experience developing reports and briefing senior levels of leadership

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience working in fast-paced environments dealing with senior level government officials

  • Ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities and stakeholder interests

  • Adept at managing multiple priorities
