What You Will Do:
We are seeking a full‑time Data Scientist to support and scale data‑driven initiatives across analytics, AI, and machine learning. This role partners closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights and production‑ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and product decisions
  • Design, develop, and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and analytical workflows
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights for technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Support experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation and monitoring
  • Contribute to data science best practices, documentation, and model governance
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a strong data science culture

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s is required
  • Strong experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning
  • Minimum ONE (1) year experience with Python (and/or R) for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical databases
  • Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and predictive modeling
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Experience supporting AI‑driven products or data platforms
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, or production deployment practices
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00-$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
