What You Will Do:
Design and develop data visualization and dashboard solutions to provide required analytics insights
Prepare detailed briefing decks for client presentations
Requirements gathering with clients
Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using a variety of methods and tools
Identifying and creating additional data visualization capabilities, as needed
Ensuring data governance and quality assurance standards are met
Developing training materials and standard operating procedure documents
Analyzing current process and identify potential improvements
Working with team members to summarize and report on business process improvements to include gaps in current processes and initiatives to improve processes for an organization
Summarizing and presenting information and reports to the team and make recommendations (both oral and written).
Solve problems by following procedures and have experience in evaluating controls associated with complex business processes
Conduct research and analysis using different toolsets across MS suite of tools
What You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field
3+ years of professional experience
2+ years of process improvement experience
Experience supporting senior and executive-level client decision-making and proactively anticipating stakeholder needs
Experience developing new and re-designing existing processes to meet new and/or evolving business requirements
Experience facilitating group meetings to achieve desired outcomes and achieve consensus, with both internal and client stakeholders
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Process improvement and/or project management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CAPM, PMP)
Federal consulting experience, specifically at CDC or within HHS
Experience with process improvement principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma/DMAIC, Total Quality Management, Continuous Improvement/Kaizen)
Strong oral and written communication skills to various audiences in a professional business environment
2+ years of leading a team of 2 or more individuals and developing/managing project plans
Experience analyzing large and complex data sets, including a demonstrated thorough aptitude for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, and proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback
Demonstrated ability identifying and addressing client needs, building relationships with clients, developing requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple tasks, researching and analyzing pertinent client, industry and technical matters, and utilizing problem-solving skills to achieve desired outcomes
