What You Will Do:

  • Program milestone planning and preparation
  • Develop and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Develop and manage strategic scheduling and planning documentation
  • Coordination of documentation between functional organizations
  • Risk management and process improvement
  • Participate in and lead both internal and external meetings
  • Provide evaluation and communication of program progress in writing, in briefings, and in discussions with Program Office and higher management.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of program documentation
  • Develop and coordinate responses to taskers in response to internal and external program inquiries


What You Will Need:

  • An ability to obtain a SECRET federal security clearance
  • Bachelors’ degree
  • At least 5 years experience in integrated master scheduling, management consulting, risk consulting, project management, or a similarly related role
  • Experience developing and managing strategic scheduling and planning documentation such as an Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
  • Proficiency in developing and analyzing IMSs using Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Acumen Fuse, or other DoD relevant scheduling tools
  • Experience employing network software tools and capabilities to assess and report schedule performance (including understanding performance metrics)
  • Understanding of integrating elements of contractor and government schedules to account for government dependencies
  • Ability to assess schedule health metrics (ex. DCMA 14-point SHA criteria)
  • Ability to travel


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Interim or active SECRET federal security clearance or greater
  • ​Commutable to client site location but may consider remote options for qualified candidates
  • DoD acquisition experience
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience, including integrated baseline reviews, and be able to manipulate complex IMSs to determine critical and driving paths to major milestone events
  • Experience conducting probabilistic and deterministic Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) on IMSs
