What You Will Do:
As a Communications Consultant, you understand the importance of strategic communications as being foundational to the understanding and buy-in of initiatives that support the organization's mission. You will support cross-functional organizations in the development and implementation of a communications strategy. You have the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups, distill complex and technical concepts into business terms, and recommend solutions that will ultimately shape and influence stakeholder buy-in of future organizational efforts. You will work with senior executive clients and fellow teammates to drive transformation across the organization.
What You Will Need:
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years experience developing and implementing strategic communication plans in support of DoD, IC or federal government clients
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively and successfully engage with and brief senior leaderships on findings, processes, goals, and recommended solutions
- Adept at learning the client business, creating internal partnerships, fostering collaboration, and engaging disparate stakeholder groups
- Experience developing strategic communications in line with organizational strategic priorities and objectives
