What You Will Do:
The Executive Officer and Operations Lead will provide key strategic support to senior leaders. In addition to administrative support they will provide key institutional intelligence, stake holder awareness, process requirements, and quality assurance. They will be responsible for office management as well as both internal and external strategic communications.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph
SIX (6) or more years' experience working in a Front Office environment supporting day-to-day and long-term tasks and priorities. Experience should include:
Extensive experience in mission area operations, including daily topics, capabilities, and strategic intent, with a strong understanding of project management principles
Experience in positions requiring analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the necessity to interpret complex information from multiple sources
Experience in positions requiring interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the necessity to develop working relationships and networks with internal and external staff
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Bachelor's degree
TEN (10) years of prior experience working in a Front Office environment supporting day-to-day and long-term tasks and priorities
Project management certificate, or equivalent training
Experience with modernization efforts that cross functional teams
Highly effective written and verbal communications skills
Ability to maintain high levels of organization and the ability to follow up on taskings timely and accurately
Prior experience engaging with Senior level officials in the IC with professionalism
Ability to work closely and effectively with multiple differing staff officers and fellow contractors; i.e. strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust communication styles with various team members
