What You Will Do:
Support coordination of NIH reorganization activities by helping track timelines, action items, and deliverables.
Assistwith engaging stakeholders across National Institutes of Health (NIH) Institutes and Centers (ICs) by gathering input and supporting meeting preparation and follow-up.
Help develop and update reorganization materials, including org charts, tracking logs, and basic documentation.
Track multiple workstreams and provide status updates, highlighting any risks or delays to the team.
Support updates to policies, procedures, and SOPs to reflect new organizational structures.
Assistwith scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and working sessions.
Conduct basic research and analysis to support understanding of current-state operations and potential improvements.
What You Will Need:
Minimum ofBachelor's Degreein relevant field.
One(1) + year of professional experience in any of the following; project management, stakeholder engagement, communication (written and verbal), records management, compliance, and privacy programs.
Proficiencywith MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong attention to details .
Demonstrated ability to track and manage concurrent workstreams, competing deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to support stakeholder engagement,facilitateworking sessions, and clearly convey updates across diverse audiences.
Must be able to travel to the client site in Bethesda, MD as needed.
US Citizen and Green Card holders only.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
What Would be Nice to Have:
Demonstrated experience working with NIH Institutes and Centers (ICs) and understanding of NIH governance, operations, and stakeholder landscape or other Health and Human Services (HHS) organization.
Experience supporting organizational transformation efforts, including restructuring, centralization, or realignment initiatives, with awareness of policy, workforce, and process impacts.
Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders, such as agency staff, central offices, and external partners, with the ability to collaborate across organizations to support alignment and decision-making
