What You Will Do:
You will provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior executive leaders for an Intelligence Community (IC) organization that frequently engages with stakeholders across the IC, Department of Defense (DoD), private industry, and academia. You will identify and support opportunities to enhance productivity and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. You will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially, and a proactive approach to anticipating needs and solving problems.

This role will be performed at customer sites and include, but are not limited to:

  • Screen, prioritize, and manage communications to ensure executives remain focused on strategic priorities.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, sufficient to convey complex/mission-related issues in a well-organized, logical, credible manner that is appropriate for each audience. 
  • Manage and prioritize executives' calendars and schedules, including appointments and meetings.
  • Arrange meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and arrange events.
  • Act as the point of contact for executives, managing calls, emails, and messages.
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the executive.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and records, including digital files.
  • Conduct research to support decision-making.
  • Anticipate and solve problems proactively, including addressing scheduling conflicts, communication issues, or logistical problems.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate sensitive matters in private settings.


What You Will Need:

  • ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum TWO (2) years of intelligence community experience


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience in supporting Senior Executive leaders within the IC
  • Capable of multitasking with efficient time management and ability to see assignments / tasks through completion.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in technology organizations, specifically data management.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
