What You Will Do:
We are searching for a Task Lead to support privacy-preserving record linkage (PPRL) programs at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The person in this role is accountable for all aspects of program delivery and providing high quality, on time deliverables. This is a full-time, onsite position in Bethesda, MD.
Accountable for all aspects of program delivery.
May oversee multiple program managers and/or project managers.
Are accountable for providing on-time, quality deliverables that meet SOW objectives while achieving satisfactory-to-superior customer satisfaction ratings.
Understand and manage key activities such as linkage production activities, technical and security matters related to privacy-preserving record linkage (PPRL) and matching automation.
Maintain clear and professional communication with team members and Program stakeholders.
What You Will Need:
Ph.D. in computer science, bioinformatics, or a closely related field.
At least SIX (6) years’ technical experience managing Federal contracts.
Demonstratable knowledge of record linkage methodologies, such as probabilistic and deterministic, across datasets.
Demonstratable knowledge of common artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) methods.
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Knowledge of Federal data security and privacy requirements is beneficial.
Understanding statistical and analytical approaches would be valuable.
Familiarity with the NIH organizational structure would be helpful.
