What You Will Do:
The objectives of the Technical SETA are to assist with the coordination, monitoring, communication, and integration of all technical aspects of the Program lifecycle that includes:
Attend meetings, workshops, conferences, and testing events as a Subject Matter Expert
Assist with the development of presentations such as Program Management Reviews
Serve as a liaison between performers, test and evaluation contributors, government partners, and transition partners
Provide comprehensive logistical support for outreach activities related to the programs
Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on technical reports, data, and performer approaches. Includes identifying technical gaps and diagnosing technical problems
Maintain awareness of, collect information about, and conduct evaluations of emerging technology related to Artificial Intelligence and programs
Identify gaps, develop recommendations, and draft proposals or statements of work for achieving program objectives and metrics
Coordinate with architects and technical experts as the conduit between consumers and developers to resolve program integration challenges
Maintain awareness of Intelligence Community (IC) strategies, priorities, and future directions, and provide the program manager with recommendations for alignment with those priorities
Provide reach-back support for requirements for systems integration, design, development, modeling and simulation, data analytics, and solutions architectures
Provide technical support and engineering to develop, evaluate, integrate, test, and re-use available program hardware and software, including DevOps and Continuous Integration/Development practices, in support of AI programs
Examine data sources and literary sources for emerging technology related to the program
Provide technical support and expertise on new concepts essential to the success of the program portfolio
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoDsecurity clearancewith a polygraph
Advanced academic training (M.A. or Ph.D.) with (TWO) 2+ years experience in international economics, finance, political science, or quantitative social sciences, with ability to translate concepts into actionable technical insights for R&D
Applied experience in geoeconomics, including supply‑chain analysis, strategic trade flows, sanctions regimes, foreign direct investment, and state‑backed economic coercion
Expertise in financial intelligence methodologies, including:
network analysis, beneficial ownership mapping, corporate registry exploitation, trade‑based money‑laundering detection, and financial data fusion
ONE (1) year managing multi‑disciplinary research or test/evaluation programs
ONE (1) year creating program plans, WBS structures, milestone schedules
ONE (1) year with technical evaluation and assessment techniques
What Would Be Nice to Have:
Master’s or PhD in physics, mathematics, computer science, economics, engineering, biometrics, mechanical, software, etc., with 4+ years’ experience
2 years experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) including CONOPS, transition, requirements
2 years planning, organizing, and executing field data collections.
SAFe Scaled Agile or PMI‑ACP (or similar) certification
1 year as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager
Experience with Agile program & systems development
2 years editing scientific articles, papers, or presentations for a variety of audiences
