What You Will Do:
This role is responsible for conducting training within the Patient Access department, ensuring that accuracy and point-of-service goals are consistently met each month. The individual will support the onboarding of new hires, help implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed and conduct regular departmental visits to ensure staff remain informed of new processes. Additionally, this position will assist managers in identifying and training employees who require further development, while also demonstrating the ability to manage complex projects and tasks effectively.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be substituted for formal education)
2-4 years of prior relevant experience
Patient Access and Learning & Development
Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
