What You Will Do:
As an Information Assurance Specialist, you will ensure program systems comply with RMF, ATO, and federal cybersecurity requirements while supporting mission delivery in a classified environment.
Lead RMF and ATO processes through accreditation
Ensure compliance with NIST, FISMA, and organizational policies
Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk mitigation activities
Integrate security controls throughout the system lifecycle
Maintain security documentation and SOPs
Brief leadership on cyber risk, compliance, and system posture
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree
ONE (1) or more years’ experience with RMF, ATO, and federal cybersecurity standards
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Strong understanding of system security engineering
Ability to communicate technical risk to non‑technical stakeholders
IC or DoD cybersecurity experience
Classified systems experience
