What You Will Do:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Responsible for tracking process metrics, SLAs and driving improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels with clear, tailored communication; align priorities across business and technology teams.
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.
- Lead small teams and mentor junior analysts/project coordinators.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management.
What You Will Need:
- Seven or more years of experience in people management role.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent storytelling and stakeholder management; able to translate data into decisions for non technical audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving techniques and communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, data warehousing, and basic Statistics.
