What You Will Do:

  • Plan, monitor, direct and evaluate Associates production.
  • Ensure that schedules are met and communicates with VP, and Associates Operations with the leadership team if situations occur that hinder meeting deadlines.   
  • If there is system issues or other emergencies delay in Associates, implements measures/schedules to return to established Associates schedules at the earliest possible time.
  • Identifies operational priorities and other workflow issues; ensures a constant flow of work so that delivery schedules are met.
  • Assists in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures that facilitate efficient workflow. 
  • Develop an understanding of the workflows, procedures, and specific criteria for each assigned client.
  • Emphasize on productivity goals and takes action to ensure effective and efficient use of staff is maintained.  Creatively plan for allocation of extra capacity for backlog Associates.
  • Oversees performance to ensure that staff is performing within the established quality and production performance criteria.
  • Assists in coordinating scheduled quality meetings with the production staff.
  • Respond and ensures that the acknowledgement mail on daily updates is sent to in the US. Ensures client mails are promptly responded to.
  • Maintains technical knowledge of associates.
  • Co-Ordinate and follow through on the training plans for adding new trainees onto an account.
  • Guideline updates – Co-ordinate with the QA staff to ensure that the update is understood by the Associates.
  • Active involvement in project launch sessions to understand the Associates process and track the daily progress during the launch  
  • Provide Monthly updates of Revenue cycle status including reports and Metrics to client / Onshore.
  • Identify opportunities for Automation in the process and work with IT team for implementation

What You Will Need:

  • Must have bachelor’s or master’s Degree.
  • 10+ Years of Experience in the Health Care industry
  • Must have experience in managing and mentoring large teams for at least 3+ years.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong attention to detail and a highly reliable work ethic.
  • Must be a keen learner and a flexible mentality to learn in a slightly different approach as applied by Guidehouse.
  • A patient demeanor and good leadership quality.
