What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement end‑to‑end transition plans, timelines, and governance structures.
- Coordinate all phases of transition—including assessment, planning, execution, stabilization, and handover.
- Drive Due Diligence and Transition Discovery to understand scope, volume, tools, and operational requirements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, executive updates, and communication plans.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout the transition lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early in the transition cycle.
- Create and implement mitigation plans, contingency actions, and escalation paths.
- Ensure transition governance, documentation, and quality assurance processes are followed.
- Establish and oversee knowledge transfer frameworks and training schedules.
- Ensure documentation, SOPs, and process workflows are created and validated.
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of knowledge transfer until operational readiness is achieved.
- Validate that all processes, tools, resources, and infrastructures are ready for Go‑Live.
- Support stabilization, hypercare processes, and post-transition reviews.
- Ensure smooth handover to Operations, including performance baselines and acceptance criteria.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Transition/Project/Program Management (depending on level).
- Strong understanding of service delivery models (BPO/IT/Shared Services preferred).
- Expertise in project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent is a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transitions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience in process migrations, outsourcing transitions, or large-scale transformations.
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks (for IT transitions) is beneficial.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-cultural teams.
