What You Will Do:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral and/or campus hiring.
  • Understand business hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and vendor partnerships.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure.
  • Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline reports, and market insights.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and monitor delivery quality.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
  • Ensure seamless communication and positive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Drive post-offer engagement initiatives to improve joining ratios.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. 


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Experience in BFSI hiring, or volume hiring is an added advantage.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
