What You Will Do:

•  Define program vision, delivery strategy, roadmaps, funding models, and success metrics
• Ensure consistent delivery excellence, transparency, and value realization across all initiatives
• Drive cross program dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery governance
• Build and lead a team of subject matter experts who will modernize, standardize, and accelerate solution architecture efforts.
• Identify, recruit, and inspire a high-performing team of architects and engineers.
• Spearhead the creation of reusable solution assets, demo environments, delivery playbooks, and golden paths that empower sales and delivery teams to operate with precision and speed.
• Actively support strategic proposal efforts, client marketing initiatives, and brand promotion activities—ensuring our architectural vision is front and centre in how we present ourselves to the market.

What You Will Need:

• 15+ years of professional experience, including Program and Project Management, Agile / Scrum leadership, solution architecture, cloud engineering, enterprise application development
• Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native solutions across various industries
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar are required
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, containerization, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and API-first design
• Familiarity with MLOps, DevOps, DataOps, and model governance practice
• Solid understanding of well-architected frameworks, design patterns, and scalable delivery models
• Experience working in a global delivery model
• Experience supporting strategic proposals, client marketing, and brand-building initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliverables effectively
• Strong financial, risk, and delivery governance acumen
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Established network of trusted relationships with cloud providers, ISVs, and industry leaders
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, agility, and delivery ownership
• Provide clear, concise executive communication on progress, risks, trade offs, and decisions
