What You Will Do:

• Design continuous learning , and competency training for mid managers.
• Directing training personnel, mentoring staff, and providing input on hiring and performance.
• Analyzing training needs, monitoring trainee performance, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to improve business outcomes.
• Maintaining training records for leadership review
• Strategic Training Development: Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for healthcare .
• Compliance & Competency Management: Maintain records of staff licensure, certifications, and competencies, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to manage training data, assignments, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Healthcare leadership to identify training needs and improve staff performance.
• Instructional Material Creation: Develop educational materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids.
• Performance Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training and update programs based on quality metrics and feedback.

What You Will Need:

• 15+ year of experience in relevant field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Analytical skills to assess performance and Training Programs/course.
• Ability to manage multiple training requirements and meet tight deadlines.
