What You Will Do:

  • Oversee delivery of financial services operations , Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure process efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Lead transformation projects, automation, and process re-engineering to enhance operational capabilities.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to mitigate operational and reputational risks.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, auditors, and senior leadership.
  • Present performance updates, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive management.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Analyzes new and complex strategic planning and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, mortgage banking, loan servicing, technology, methodology, tools and solution components Managed compliance and risk assessment processes for Globally Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs), ensuring adherence to international regulatory standards and enhancing the institution's financial stability.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure timely implementation of policy changes
  • Lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.  


What You Will Need:

  • Masters or Bache degree in finance or related field
  • 16+ years of experience in the banking industry or commercial financial services consulting
  • Must have experience in Operational risk and/or big bank compliance /Banking regulations and compliance
  • Experience with risk and controls current state assessments (including process mapping)
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills, tailoring communications to both clients and coworkers
  • Experience in managing and mentoring large teams
  • Proven ability to successfully lead client service delivery teams that deliver the highest quality work

  • Exposure to activities such as RFP or proposal support
