What You Will Do:
- Analyzing available documentation to understand scope, identifying cost-influencing factors, and using historical data, trends, and research for accurate projections.
- Working with project teams and stakeholders, managing bids from vendors, and presenting detailed cost models and analyses to management and clients.
- Evaluating cost alternatives and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance, including cost transparency requirements, and maintaining cost databases and documentation.
- Additional and separate responsibilities may be assigned as appropriate.
What You Will Need:
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or business administration from a recognized university
- Must have minimum 20 years of overall experience in Healthcare domain with 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A along with Pricing & solutioning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Skill in cost estimation techniques, modeling, and financial analysis, advanced Excel knowledge, and familiarity with Healthcare industry software and databases.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills for teamwork and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in cost estimation within healthcare or consulting is preferred.
- Must be flexible to work from office in Night shift.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Professional certifications like Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Estimating Professional (CEP) from the Association for the Advancement of Cost Estimating (AACE International) are preferred.
