What You Will Do:
We are a global professional services firm seeking an experienced Attorney – Commercial Transactions to join our Global Legal team in Chennai. This role supports our U.S., U.K. and other international business by reviewing and redlining commercial contracts and vendor agreements at scale.
This position is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on contract work, values process-driven legal operations, and wants long-term exposure to U.S., U.K. and global commercial contracting in an in-house environment.
- Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, and subcontractor agreements
- Apply established legal playbooks and approved fallback positions
- Identify legal and commercial risks and escalate non-standard issues
- Collaborate with U.S.-based legal and business teams
- Support contract lifecycle management processes
- Contribute to improvement of templates and clause libraries
What You Will Need:
- LL.B. from a recognized university in India or J.D. or equivalent from a U.S. or U.K. university
- Overall 20+ years of experience in Legal, with at least 8+ years of experience in commercial contract redlining
- Experience with U.S. or English-law governed contracts
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage volume-driven work

- Experience supporting professional services or technology companies.
- Familiarity with contract management systems
