What You Will Do:

  • Creating ways to measure and assess engagement - example, surveys
  • Support assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience.
  • Assist to create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being through interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair creative communication.
  • Support creation of engagement dashboards like – employee engagement dashboards, Diversity dashboards etc.
  • Should be a social media enthusiast and watch over the trends of other organizations leveraging on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
  • Work on various employee engagement initiatives organization wide.
  • Support the team with organization communication channels.
  • Constant learner and active listener with an inclusive mindset.
  • Flexible to work in shifts and that includes night shift also.


What You Will Need:
Postgraduates in Human Resource Management (MBA with specialization in HR) regular / fulltime.

Experience: 1 year and above. Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word Mandatory.
