What You Will Do:
- Ensure achievement of Service Level Benchmarks including Productivity, Quality, and Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Execute controls testing activities in accordance with established processes, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and client-specific standards of the assigned project.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives to strengthen control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to projects within Banking, Insurance, and Capital Markets domains.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in the BFSI sector, preferably in Banking /Mortgage/ Credit/ Financial Services operations (not mandatory).
- Completion of at least one performance appraisal cycle.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of critical thinking, attention to detail, and analytical ability.
- Willingness to work overtime, night shifts, and weekends based on business requirements.
- Flexibility to engage in multiple projects across diverse workstreams.
What Would Be Nice to Have:
- A self-driven, motivated, and energetic approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
- Experience in Banking /Mortgage/ Credit/ Financial Services operations (not mandatory).
- Familiarity with the Mortgage Lending Cycle and Controls Testing Frameworks (not mandatory)
