What You Will Do:

As a Project Manager, you’ll work directly with the Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow, Workday project team to manage the overall delivery of the client or internal project. As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the overall delivery of Strategic Solutions including the design and development of the Salesforce, Microsoft, Servicenow, Workday application components, manage project schedule, resources, risks and reporting. You’ll provide overall guidance and serve as an escalation point for the development teams members. You’ll support customers and end-users to define their requirements based on the latest architecture to ensure success of the project. You will develop implementation plans and roadmap to set the standard for future development, and architecture that smoothly works with existing infrastructure without compromising security.

What You Will Need:

• 8+ years of experience of eliciting requirements and conducting business process reviews/documentation while applying detailed knowledge of Salesforce design an optimal solution.
• Strong domain expertise in Salesforce service cloud, community cloud , health cloud and sales cloud.
• Proven experience in managing highly impactful initiatives in an enterprise environment
• Strong team collaboration, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, reporting, analytics, and product development tracking systems like Jira
• 5+ years of project management in software industries
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design.
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Certified Systems Administrator or other Salesforce , Microsoft certifications
• Certified associate in project management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL v3 certification
• Holds a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including presentation skills)

• Ability to quickly comprehend complexity and convey findings in concise, well-written narratives
• Experience and comfort with MS Excel and other MS Office products
• Aggregate and synthesize data from authoritative systems into metrics and analytics
