What You Will Do:
- Responsible for the overall configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support
- Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Effectively acts as the liaison between users and development team
- System Monitoring, Error Logs, Support, and maintenance - Reviews Salesforce Release Documentation, follows Salesforce Roadmap and identifies improvements that can be applied in our org or new functionality that we can benefit from, along with assuring any feature retirements are addressed / covered
- Responsible for ensuring that the system delivered accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams, testing team and others
- Manages integrations with other applications/systems/processes & support.
- Works independently with members of the user community to gather requirements, define, document, and solution requirements, then drive the configuration and development of the solution
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors or master’s degree in IT or computer Science field
- 1+ Years of Experience in Salesforce development.
- Experience building SQQL queries, understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns.
