Senior Associate– Ethics & Compliance Investigations

What You Will Do:

  • Manage end‑to‑end ethics and whistleblower investigations (from intake and  fact‑finding to analysis, and closure).
  • Evaluate allegations for severity, legal implications, and business risk.
  • Develop investigation plans defining scope, evidence needed, and timelines.
  • Review documents, communications, data logs, and other evidence.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, Corporate Security, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct interviews with complainants, respondents, and witnesses.
  • Objectively document all interviews and collected evidence.
  • Prepare clear, evidence‑based investigation reports.
  • Maintain audit‑ready case files in the case management system.
  • Provide recommendations for corrective actions, disciplinary measures, and control improvements.
  • Provide timely updates to leadership while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure appropriate remediation and case closure.
  • Training, awareness initiatives, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Track trends, report insights, and assist in strengthening the Ethics & Compliance program.


What You Will Need:

  • 3–6 years of experience in ethics & compliance investigations, internal audit or HR employee relations.
  • Proven experience handling end‑to‑end investigations.
  • Strong written communication and report‑writing skills.
  • Experience using case management systems (preferably NAVEX/Ethics Point).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Law, MBA, or a related field.
  • High integrity, objectivity, and professionalism.
  • Strong judgment and decision‑making skills in sensitive situations.
  • Analytical ability to assess credibility and evidence.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
  • Resilience, empathy, and maturity in handling sensitive matters.
  • Willingness for occasional travel.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior exposure to global or multi‑regional investigations.
  • Familiarity with corporate compliance frameworks and root‑cause methodologies.
  • Experience supporting organizational training or awareness program.
  • Enhanced stakeholder‑management skills for working with senior leadership.
