Senior Director - Technology Delivery Lead

What You Will Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology engagements, from strategy through execution in Financial Services domain
• Solution offerings that meet market demands, create new solutions, establish guidelines, common protocols, and identify opportunities that work with multiple customers
• Solution building – ability to understand customer solutions, solution development, solution to execution planning
• Guiding monitoring execution teams to deliver promised solutions to outcomes
• Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients
• Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching
• Play a vital role in managing and developing team members in the Technology Team
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, cloud adoption, data strategy, and emerging technologies

• Developing, performing, and supervising detailed financial, economic, and statistical analysis
• Be accountable for the service offering’s financial performance and meeting the financial budgets

What You Will Need:

• Master’s or bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college
• 20+ years of experience in leading large-scale projects at a major technology / consulting company
• Must have experience in successfully managing client relationships and deliverables in Financial Services domain
• Proven track record of selling, securing, and delivering complex technology projects
• Experience managing large teams in a global delivery model
• Strong understanding of the technology requirements and how to modernize
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in developing, mentoring, and managing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Willing to travel on a need basis

What Would Be Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizations
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders
• Extremely driven, energetic, and able to thrive in a result-oriented, entrepreneurial, analytical environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
