What You Will Do:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality standards.
• Monitor and analyse quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure that all products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Provide leadership and guidance to quality control personnel.
• Ensure that all quality-related documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Train and mentor employees on quality control processes and procedures

What You Will Need:

Overall 12+ years of experience in managing Transactional Quality in US Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
•    Preferably with Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to handle global or multi-location teams and customer projects.
•    Strong team handling skills.
•    Good eye for details and structured thought process.
•    Excellent oral/written communication skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills / Ability to work with all levels in the organization.



What Would Be Nice To Have:

Excellent stakeholder management skills- Ability to interact with senior leadership/clients and manage expectations effectively.
