What You Will Do:
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and operating plans
• Own and support the end-to-end employee lifecycle to ensure a positive and consistent employee experience
• Lead performance management practices, including goal setting, check-ins, annual reviews, and development planning
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility to build organizational capability
• Manage employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and timely resolution, promoting a respectful and compliant work environment
• Monitor key people metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance, attendance) and provide insights and recommendations to enable data-driven decisions
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes and maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards
• Design and deliver employee engagement and employee experience initiatives (listening sessions, pulse checks, recognition, culture actions) in partnership with leaders
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to identify hiring needs, support onboarding effectiveness, and execute capability-building programs
• Support HR projects and change management initiatives, ensuring clear communications, leader enablement, and adoption
• Provide day-to-day HR consultation and support to leaders and employees, proactively resolving issues and improving the overall employee experience
What You Will Need:
* Minimum 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner
* Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Willingness to work night shift, as required
What Would Be Nice To Have:
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
* Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office tools
