What will you do:
- Resolve technical issues and offer essential services.
- Provide in-office A/V meeting support in Chennai and other office locations, both physically and remotely. This will include travelling to different offices when necessary.
- Support and manage Zoom Meetings, Events, and Webinars, Teams Meetings and Teams Live, Cisco WebEx Meetings and Webinars,
- Promote the use of our A/V technology, provide user training, ensure the technology is in working order, assist users with connecting to it, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Serve as a Tier 2 Service Desk support agent, using your expertise and our extensive knowledge base to resolve common problems.
- Troubleshoot new or infrequent issues and document any newly discovered technical scenarios and workarounds.
- Collaborate with other IT staff, including our highly technical engineering team, and interact with our leadership.
- Deliver virtual training and webinars.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
What You Will Need:
- Should be Engineering/Science graduate
- 2-5 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual hardware and software.
- Working knowledge and hands-on support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 in an Active Directory environment
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Teams
- Advanced technical knowledge of setting up, installing, and troubleshooting connections for audio-visual equipment, including cameras, microphones, projectors, touchscreens, Logitech devices, and monitors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Should be able to provide remote support to Global users based on locations when required
