What You Will Do:

  • Provide administration, implementation and maintenance of security best practices following recommendation from our SOC team for all technology systems used in the organization
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and hardware systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, and other applications.
  • Manage and support all resources in a hybrid environment consisting of servers on-prem and on azure cloud with a mix of Windows Server 2016 – 2022 operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment consisting of different network equipment (Cisco, HP, Palo Alto)
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
  • Provide local and remote user support using Jira Service Management helpdesk system and GoTo-Logme in for remote administration.


What You Will Need:

  • Senior Systems Administrator with 10+ years of experience in the Information Technology field. 
  • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general Network infrastructure management best practices.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices for PCI compliance.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems, plan and deploy as required by business
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
