What You Will Do:
The CRM Technical Lead is responsible for designing and building enterprise-grade solutions for Guidehouse’s CRM to address business needs. The individual will apply their knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and CRM business processes across the entire software development life cycle (SDLC). This includes interfacing with stakeholders to translate business requirements to application requirements, recommend solutions, deliver quality code, and lead support activities. This position will report to the IT Director of Enterprise Applications.
Collaborates with stakeholders to document business requirements.
Reviews business requirements and functional specifications to create technical specifications.
Provides estimates and task planning as needed to support business cases and portfolio prioritization.
Applies technical knowledge to recommend solutions that achieve business requirements.
Designs, develops, tests, and implements functionality in accordance with best practices and the system development life cycle.
Assesses Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform OOTB features, low-code, and custom code options for solutions.
Stays current with technology advances to ensure that Guidehouse tooling remains relevant and up to date.
May perform as project leader for small projects with limited duration. Directs and monitors the work of junior team members.
Provides primary ownership for identification, documentation, and resolution of CRM-related incident tickets, including assisting with root cause analysis.
Partners with cross-functional teams across IT to effectively resolve issues.
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of professional experience OR 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 5 years of relevant application development experience with Dynamics 365 Sales (cloud), including 2+ as a technical lead / lead developer.
Deep knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and CRM business processes.
Experience with SAAS implementations, Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
Knowledge of the ITIL process framework - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Level Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Degree in Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales or Power Platform.
Experience with Power Platform administration and deployments.
Experience with proposal & RFP management tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while remote.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibilities.
Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands.
