What You Will Do:

  • Establish new and manage existing strategic alliances (approximately 4-7) to meet contractual obligations and agreed upon business directives

  • Drive engagement with strategic alliances and manage the relationship in concert with others

  • Develop and support go-to-market (GTM) strategies with Sales, Solutions, and Sector / Account Leaders and other corporate leadership to identify new sales opportunities and help drive business growth with prioritized strategic alliance partners.

  • Track and directly participate in the sales cycle for key “must win” opportunities.

  • Conduct regular reviews of joint pipelines with strategic alliance partners and support opportunity qualification.

  • Develop and maintain meaningful, sales-oriented relationships with strategic alliance executive leadership, industry leads, key account teams, and related stakeholders.

  • Develop the strategic vision, operational roadmap, and shared KPIs/success metrics for each prioritized strategic alliance and document plan to track progress collaboratively with the strategic alliance Business Lead.

  • Help establish GH Executive sponsors for each alliance

  • Generate interest from strategic alliance partners in making investments in joint business development.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with contracts and legal to refine process and standards for strategic alliances

  • Support (where appropriate) contract discussions and negotiations

  • Consistently present Guidehouse brand value with strategic alliance partners

  • Work with Growth Officer/Organization, Technology Leader, and marketing lead to develop annual budget and investment planning for Strategic Alliances

  • Provide report on Strategic Alliances and progress on metrics on a monthly basis

  • Surface and resolve any Strategic alliance issues


What You Will Need:

  • Bachelors degree with a MINIMUM of EIGHT (8) years in leading a successful Strategic Alliance programs

  • Proven ability to build and grow key alliance relationships leading to pipeline and sales results

  • Ability to navigate and resolve relationship issues

  • Proven track record of engaging and playing a significant or lead role in joint alliance sales

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic relationship plans

  • Proven collaboration capabilities with Operations teams (i.e. Legal and Contracts) to establish and maintain Strategic Alliance program

  • Up to 25% travel


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • A MINIMUM of TEN (10) years in leading a successful Strategic Alliance program with quantifiable growth results

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
