What You Will Do:
Finance:
FTE validation with GMS operational leaders
Productivity report validation
Quality score validation
Expense review and approval
Invoice preparation
GMS P&L / budgeting - Meet monthly with finance to review P&L for prior/current month and future month forecasts. Assist finance in forecast inputs. (headcount, vendor spend)
Meetings:
MORs/OBH Executive Meetings
Ownership of MORs executive meetings; facilitate schedule and attendee changes
Facilitate Provider Enrollment and Payment Variance data/slides
Distribution of deck materials
Ambulatory Practice Meetings
Ownership of practice meetings; facilitate schedule and attendee changes
Provide calendar updates for the GH Weekly Dashboard
Provider Client enrollment Support
Advocating for more time and better communication between GH and to work on resolution of outstanding issues
PE guidance and strategy to address root causes
Client Meeting Owner: Operations Call
Follow up meetings with managers to obtain statuses, close out open items raised on weekly calls, and update agendas
Client Meeting Owner: Back- End Leadership Call
Follow up meetings with Back-End leads/teams to obtain statuses, close out open items raised on weekly calls, and update agendas
Other PM tasks:
PMO: ownership of functional area internal team meetings (PA, Coding, AR Mgmt.) and tracking of open action items to close aligned with client asks
Client Deliverables: weekly creation, management and facilitation of executive agenda and meeting deck; follow up with AE leads/teams to close out open items raised on weekly calls
Budgeting: tracking of GMS budgeted/actual hours, revenue and expenses billed internally and to client
Facility/User provisioning: Epic calls with Client to discuss any open Epic agreements
GH Active users: Monthly TB with Senior Management to ensure reconciliation of active user Client-GH list
What You Will Need:
Requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum 6-8+ years of prior relevant experience. (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.)
Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, central business office environment or revenue cycle outsourcing company.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Previous healthcare revenue cycle experience within a physician setting.

The annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
