What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an aggressive growth strategy for its Financial Crime, Fraud, and Investigative Services (FFI) practice. We are currently seeking
candidates with criminal and civil healthcare fraud investigations experience.
- Plan and conduct complex investigations, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to prepare result in support of USAOs.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations using various databases and sources to develop leads, conduct interviews, collect evidence, prepare reports and help build financial investigations.
- Work with AUSAs to identify potential violations of statutory and regulatory laws, as well as various other tasks in direct support of assigned cases.
- Investigate potential money laundering and fraudulent financial activity.
- Display proficiency with AML/BSA regulatory requirements.
What You Will Need:
- Located in the Florida Panhandle.
- Able and willing to work at the client site five (5) days a week.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3-5 years of prior relevant (financial crimes investigations, healthcare investigations, and financial and health care data) experience. However, relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
- Active Public Trust clearance (T4, High Risk Level 6 Background Investigation).
- Experience working directly with USAOs and AUSAs.
- Strong knowledge of AML/BSA, OFAC, EDD, KYC, or CDD regulations.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to understand the entire lifecycle of a financial crime investigation.
- Ability to effectively contribute to multiple projects and meet timely deadlines.
- Ability to travel when needed.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, criminal justice or a related discipline.
- Dark Web and/or Crypto experience.
- Former law enforcement agent experience working with USAOs and AUSAs.
