What You Will Do:
- Oversee and actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation
- Manage all operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, transfers, and exit formalities
- Manage retention, performance appraisal, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, talent development, career and succession planning, as well as mentoring and coaching.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment by encouraging open communication and collaboration.
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and support managers in delivering feedback.
- Identify and evaluate training needs and programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits and compensation.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and handle grievances.
- Collaborate with segment leaders and employees to strengthen work relationships, boost morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning activities.
- Consult with the leadership team and provide HR guidance.
- Analyze HR trends and metrics.
- Offer HR policy guidance and recommend new HR strategies
- Oversee and coordinate administrative activities for the location
What You Will Need:
- Postgraduate or Graduate degree in HR or related field
- 5 to 7 years’ of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in both talent acquisition and HR operations. At least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of Indian employment laws, statutory compliance, and best practices
- Good communication skills- verbal and written
- Excellent stakeholder management, good influencing skills
- Good Analytical skills; must have experience with HR metrics
- Must be willing to work from office all 5 days.
