What You Will Do:

  • Perform customer due diligence (CDD) reviews in support of Managed Services operations.
  • Analyze client and account information to identify and escalate potential risks, inconsistencies, or red flags.
  • Review documentation and verify information in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately document findings, decisions, and case progress in internal systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve exceptions and support timely case completion.
  • Maintain a high level of quality, productivity, and attention to detail in all assigned work.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience in CDD, KYC, AML, onboarding, compliance, or a related financial services operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review information, identify issues, and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with standard business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • To operate from the office in full compliance with the clean desk policy.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior experience supporting a managed services, shared services, or operations environment.
  • Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, or financial crime risk concepts.
  • Familiarity with case management tools, workflow systems, or due diligence platforms.
  • Professional certifications or coursework related to compliance, AML, or risk management.
