What You Will Do:
- Support the Manager in overseeing daily RPA platform operations.
- Supervise and mentor junior support engineers, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform incidents, outages, and service requests.
- Assist in deployments, upgrades, and patch management for RPA environments.
- Monitor platform performance, generate reports, and highlight risk areas.
- Enforce platform governance, compliance, and best practices.
- Coordinate with developers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders for smooth handovers.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures.
- Support vendor interactions and escalation management.
- Drive process improvements for platform stability and efficiency.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5–7 years of IT experience with at least 2–3 years in RPA support/administration.
- Hands-on experience in one or more RPA platforms (Uipath - Cloud, Orchestrator, ASset Management or Automation Anywhere Control Room, Credential vault).
- Knowledge of infrastructure basics (servers, databases, cloud) and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in team supervision or mentoring.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere Control Room).
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Exposure to ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or VB Script).
