What You Will Do:
- DE&IA is a part of the Guidehouse SEAS team mainly focusing on Designing, Developing, and Delivering end to end BI solutions to meet recurring needs of the Guidehouse consultants and clients on a firm approved, secure and scalable SaaS platform.
- Enterprise analytics platform to support needs of internal business segments and offer SaaS solutions for our clients. Multiple environments to support development, testing, user acceptance testing and production.
- Prototype and package our consulting services as a product to deliver engagements in a reliable and rapidly iterative manner with high quality. Our consultants use these prototypes in proposals and client conversations to demonstrate our capabilities, and products to generate additional revenue.
- Deliver analytics, reporting and data visualizations solutions to internal and external clients. These solutions range from one off request to create visualizations, automate manual processes to developing a scalable solution to meet consulting teams and client needs.
What You Will Need:
- Extensive hands-on experience of data visualization tools and modelling.
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in industry using leading business intelligence tools (Power BI Spotfire and tableau). Preference for Power BI.
- 4+ years in Reporting and Analytics using Power BI - M Query, DAX, Data Modelling, RLS
- Proven experience in delivering Power BI solutions to advance business goals and needs.
- Experience in Power BI, from requirement gathering to development, publishing, user support, and access management.
- Engage in prototyping, designing, developing, and publishing Power BI Reports
- Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in the BI Tools.
- Experience in data modeling with Power BI .
- Develop methodologies to improve data analysis.
- Detailed knowledge of Power BI - report developer configuration experience on creating all charts that exist in Power BI.
- Knowledge and experience working with an emphasis on security and access provisioning.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and tune report performance.
- Experience in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
- Responsible for design methodology and project documentaries
- Must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams.
- Responsible to take a lead on resolving challenges from BI end across projects.
- Project management experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent SQL skills and performance tuning skills.
- Excellent time management, verbal and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge understanding of BI and Datawarehouse concepts.
- Ability to optimize dashboards with huge volume of data.
- Ability to understand data models.
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
Work independently on business problems and generate meaningful insights. - Experience collaborating with team members within a highly performant development team.
- Ability to leverage technologies such as R, Iron Python, and JavaScript to extend the capabilities of the BI tools.

- Experience with agile software development methodologies and version control tools
- Highly motivated, creative thinker, self-starter, and fast learner with demonstrated analytic and quantitative skills
- Able to deal credibly with business and technical users at all levels of the organization.
