Senior Process Associate - MIS

What you will do:

  • Understand high level client requirements, elaborate to details, work with the team to define solution and provide recommendations back to the customer based on qualitative / quantitative research.
  • Will be responsible for transcribing and reporting the information collected into client ready formats, as required.
  • Perform internal data analysis and data quality checks. Analyze results, interpret, and communicate things to the business.
  • Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines, and repeatable processes.
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
  • Timeline and accuracy of output to be maintained all the time.

What you will need:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in research/analytics and MIS work experience in data volume environment.
  • Excellent quantitative skills and ability to interpret data from multiple sources, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Naturally curious and passionate about numbers, data, insights and applications to marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to interact with stakeholders at different levels and present take-away insights.
  • Capable of anticipating potential issues/problems and developing solutions when needed.
  • Experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Experience working on tasks or projects with data collection and data streamlining.
  • Experience working on large datasets in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working on Excel Dashboards, Reports and Corporate Slide decks.
  • Experience in VBA and Excel Macro.
  • Experience Working on automated MS word and MS PowerPoint dashboards.

What would be nice to have:

  • Experience working on BA and PMO Analyst roles.
  • Experience working on Online Survey programming tools such as Qualtrics.
  • Experience working on Salesforce development.
  • Experience working on automation using PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Experience working on SQL and MS Access.
