What You Will Do:

The Junior Specialist Fraud AnalyticsSupportSpecialist willsupportfraud analyticsoperations, data review, documentation, reporting, and projectsupportactivities as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position will apply developing skills in areas of specialization, follow established procedures, adapt tools and templates to meet project needs, and completeassigned tasks with specific instructions for newassignments.

  • Supportfraud analytics operations, data review, documentation, reporting, and projectsupportactivities

  • Apply developing analytical, reporting, and documentation skills to completeassigned tasks andsupportincreasingly complex activities.

  • Assistwith organizing data, preparing draft work products, tracking inputs, updating trackers, andsupporting recurring project deliverables.

  • Supportdata cleanup, data review, quality checks, and basic analysis toidentifytrends, issues, and follow-up needs.

  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, documentation, analytical summaries, and briefing materials using established templates and guidance.

  • Follow established processes, procedures, tools, and templates while adapting materials to meet project needs andspecial requirements.

  • Coordinate with team members to request information, clarifyassignments, document progress, andsupporttimelycompletion ofassigned work.

  • Supportknowledge sharing and operational continuity by documenting steps,assumptions, findings, and work products.

  • Work onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland five (5) days per week and collaborate closely with government personnel and contractor team members.

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to obtain andmaintaina Public Trust clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Information Science, Business, ora relatedfield.

  • One (1) or more years of professional experiencesupporting data analysis, fraud analytics, business operations, projectsupport, technical documentation, reporting, ora relateddiscipline.

  • Experiencesupporting data review, documentation, reporting, project coordination, research, or preparation of draft work products.

  • Experience following established procedures, using templates, and completingassigned tasks with specific instructions for newassignments.

  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other collaboration or productivity tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability and willingness to work onsite at the client location in Lanham, Maryland five (5) days per week.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Exposure to fraud analytics,investigationssupport, reporting activities, business operations, project coordination, or federal consulting environments.

  • Experiencesupporting project operations, data preparation, data quality review, reporting, project tracking, or analytical work products.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office products,SQL, reporting tools, oranalytics tools such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.

  • Experience developing dashboards, trackers, or visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools.

  • Experiencesupporting research, documentation, recurring reporting, stakeholder coordination, or technical writing.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, collaborative development environments, and federal consulting environments.

  • Candidate currentlypossessesan active Internal Revenue Service(IRS)Moderate Background Investigation clearance or has held one within the last six (6) months.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
