What You Will Do:
The AROperations Manager(Physician PFS) in the Lewisville, Texas service center leads day-to-day operations for Physician Managed Services, ensuring department goals, client KPIs, and compliance with laws and policies are met. Responsibilities include staff management, client liaison, project leadership, and operational reporting, requiring strong communication, analytical skills, knowledge of CMS-1500 forms, and healthcare revenue cycle experience. The role demands at least five years in ambulatory/physician revenue cycle operations, five years in healthcare or outsourcing, and supervisory experience, with proficiency in PC applications and a focus on fostering teamwork and compliance.
This position is classified under a hybrid schedule working between our Lewisville, TX office and home.
Essential Job Functions
Expert understanding of RCM Key metrics and drivers
Ability to identify and accelerate cash drivers and AR resolution action plans
Monitor KPI dashboards and revenue reports
Ability to lead, mentor and develop team members both domestically and globally
Monitor productivity, legal compliance, and compliance with client/payer policies & procedures
Provide reports and statistical information for management and clients
Meet and exceed department goals
Hire, train, discipline and terminate employees
Ensure employee compliance with Guidehouse policies and procedures
Process month-end procedures for Guidehouse
Promote teamwork and a positive work environment
Client Responsibility:
Ensure compliance with all client policies and procedures
Work with client to develop efficient workflows that promote success for the client and Guidehouse
Provide reports and relevant statistics, KPI’s to clients and leadership
Complete required approvals and processes for the team and client
What You Will Need:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience or Associate's Degree and a minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.(Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree.
Relevant experience coming from a healthcare provider, payor, CBO, business office environment or an outsourcing company
