We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Senior Developer to join our team. This role involves designing and deploying smart contracts, building resilient backend systems, and collaborating across teams to deliver secure and scalable blockchain solutions.
What you will do:
Develop and deploy smart contracts on public blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, XRP).
Architect backend services using asynchronous workers and resilient messaging.
Ensure reliability in distributed and potentially unstable environments.
Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices.
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and other tools.
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
6+ years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience with at least one public blockchain protocol.
Proficiency in smart contract development and deployment.
Familiarity with Rust/Go, Node/Client protocols.
Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain interoperability.
Proficiency in at least one backend language; willingness to learn Rust and Java.
Experience with SQL and cloud databases (AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Azure).
Expertise in secure software development practices.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Proven ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
Experience working with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
DevOps & Testing:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools.
Strong background in unit and integration testing.
What would be nice to have:
Advanced degree in Computer Science.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
Blockchain-related certifications.
